In the following Terms and Conditions, both Fortunawin Ltd. and Fortunawin Gaming Ltd. are jointly reffered to as FortunaWin. In these Terms and Conditions you are referred to as the customer, you, the player or by some other term of the same purport.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the site www.fortunawin.com and any other sites operated by FortunaWin.

 

General Rules

All materials contained or distributed on the website www.fortunawin.com (the "Materials") are either owned by or licensed to FortunaWin. FortunaWin and licensors retain all rights to the Materials, including, but not limited to all odds, lines, content, images, copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights, however denominated.

Except for downloading one copy of the Materials on any single computer for your personal, non-­commercial home use, you must not reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, perform or display the Materials without first obtaining the written permission of FortunaWin. Materials must not be used in any unauthorized Banner.

The Terms and Conditions are available for all players to see on the website. Specific Terms and Conditions for each promotion and bonus are provided as necessary and posted on the website www.fortunawin.com .

It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the terms upon which your payments are accepted, winnings distributed or money returned. Irrespective of this, the onus shall remain on the customer to keep abreast and informed of any changes of these terms. Any changes of such terms become effective as of their posting on the website www.fortunawin.com .

We consider these terms to be fair. Should you need any advice regarding these or any other part of our service, in your own and our interests please contact us via our Customer Services Department, and your trusted legal advisor. Please note that all telephone calls are recorded on security tapes. For transaction security we use SSL encryption. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.

If you are totally dissatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider your case and refund your purchase so long as your reason is valid. To apply for a refund, e-mail us on helpdesk@fortunawin.com

It is recommended you only participate in gambling events if it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from where you are connecting or calling. You must understand and accept that we are unable and do not undertake to provide you with any legal advice or assurances.

We recommend the cardholder print out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods in order to avoid misunderstanding and discussion at a later time and keep them in an easily accessible place.

All customer queries will be answered within one week of receipt. The customer is able to play immediately. According to Malta’s 2004 Remote Gaming Regulations, Article 39, if no transaction has been recorded on a player’s account for ninety days, FortunaWin shall remit the balance in that account to the player, or if the player cannot be satisfactorily located, to the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority.

 

1. Setting up an Account

To register with FortunaWin, all applicants must be over 18 years of age or above, and meet other requirements, if the laws in force so require. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. It is each customer's own responsibility to check that the laws in their state/country concerning gambling allow them to use our services prior to registration. The services provided by FortunaWin are not available to residents of the Netherlands, Antilles, USA, Turkey, Italy, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

All information supplied when registering with the site MUST be accurate, complete and not misleading in all respects. FortunaWin reserves the right to confirm a customer's address by posting an address verification letter by mail to the customer. However, FortunaWin reserves the right to initiate the verification procedure by contacting you by e­mail.

The Player may register only himself. Registations done on behalf of another person or automatically completed by software are prohibited. All Accounts created in these ways will be closed and any financial funds will be returned.

A minimum of six characters is required as an Account/Login name.

Customers may only open and operate a single account. Where a customer is identified with more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to the same customer) are consolidated. Once completed, all accounts will be closed and FortunaWin may return all deposits without bonuses made so far on these accounts to the Player. Any withdrawals made to the Player from one of these accounts will be considered an unauthorised witdrawal and will be claimed back.

Customers are asked to keep their registration details up to date. If you change your address, email, phone number or any other contact or personal information, please contact our Customer Services Department in order to update your account information.

FortunaWin allows all its customers to choose their own user name and password combination. Customers are asked to keep this information secret. Any actions carried out through your account will stand if your user name and password have been entered correctly.

If using a credit or debit card, the cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering with the website. Where this is not the case, the account will be suspended. Where an account is suspended, customers should contact the Customer Services Department for details of our verification process. Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds, the name must be the same as the name registered on the card.

Updating or adding additional payment details may only be done by contacting our Customer Services Department. Only one payment method may be active at any point in time. To change the active payment method, please contact the Customer Services Department. Only one card per account can be active at any point in time.

All applicants will be sent an email to the registered email address for account activation. All accounts must be activated through this email. If this is not completed, FortunaWin reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are completed and verified.

By registering, the customer is deemed to have accepted and understood all the rules, terms and conditions displayed on the website by FortunaWin. We recommend that all members print out (or save to their computer) all transaction records, rules of play, cancellation policies, and pay-out policies.

FortunaWin shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the FortunaWin website, its content and processes including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, failure to operate, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content. FortunaWin reserves the right to close or suspend a customer's account.

Only a selected certified employees of FortunaWin has the right to view and amend Players’ accounts.

 

2. Availability of Offers

All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc), and shared computer, including e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers. We reserve the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and any winnings accrued if customers are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of a FortunaWin promotion.

Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, FortunaWin reserves the right not to apply or honour the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the odds it deems at its sole discretion to be fair and correct. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied at our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.

All FortunaWin offers are intended for recreational players and may at our sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any product, service or promotion.

 

3. Collection of Winnings

Winnings are added in the selected currency for your account to the cleared balance of your account. Should you wish to withdraw some or all of your balance, you may select how much you wish to have paid back. The maximum withdrawal amount per 24 hour period is 1 000 EUR or currency equivalent. If you require a withdrawal in excess of this amount or equivalent, please contact our Customer Services Department.

If cumulative withdrawals are equal to 2,330 euro, Fortunawin reserves the right to carry out additional verification of player’s personal details.

 

4. Claims and Disputes

The current balance and transaction history of your account may be viewed at any time. Should there be any claim or dispute arising from past or current transactions please contact us. Without prejudice to other provisions of these terms, if we are unable to settle the dispute with you, we are entitled to refer the dispute to an arbiter, such as IBAS, whose decision will be final and binding subject to the condition that the opportunity to participate was provided to all parties involved.

If any complaint you may have, has not been resolved to your satisfaction you have the right to refer it to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta at complaints@lga.org.mt

 

5. Bonuses

For each promotion, product or service offered by FortunaWin the Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time under the section Special Offers shall apply.

Bonus offers vary per country and rules and regulations published under Special Offers / Promóciós ajánlat / Promocije apply.

 

6. House Rules

 Rules at fortunawin.com are used to protect both FortunaWin and you, the bettor. All customer betting accounts at FortunaWin are private and confidential. All Clients must be at least 18 years of age.

FortunaWin reserves the right to refuse a wager at any time, from any client without cause, and can refuse wagers from clients who reside in states/countries that prohibit sports wagering.

All rules, regulations, and payoffs listed in this publication are subject to change without prior written notice.

Each client is required to identify him/herself by his/her betting login name and password on each login to the FortunaWin website. The client has sole responsibility for his/her specific password and login name. Account balances will reflect any wagers on future propositions or pending wagers. Customers at FortunaWin cannot stake more money than is available in their account.

Sportsbook means any game involving a natural person that pays the amount wagered, whose return is not guaranteed. The win or defeat by chance or previously unknown circumstance or event is referred to by the operator in the Terms and Conditions.

The Odds

The odds represent the probability of the result. They are determined by FortunaWin and might be variable. The odds valid when submitting a betting slip are binding regardless of further changes unless stated otherwise by FortunaWin.

 

Types of bets:

 

SINGLE: is single bet on one betting opportunity

ACCUMULATED BET: Accumulated bets (hereinafter referred to as accu) are bets on a number of betting selections simultaneously. The odds on accu are the product of individual course odds, with the result always rounded to two decimal places; if the third decimal place number is 5, it is rounded up. The bet is only won where the player correctly indicates the results of all betting selections on the slip.

SAFE BET: is a kind of single bet. The bet is made on the basis of a specific accu bet made up of N betting selections, and wins where N-1 selections are correct. Both odds (accu odds, odds for “Safe Bet”), both stakes and both winnings (possible winnings 1, possible winnings 2) are listed on the slip. The odds for ‘Safe bet’ are set in advance and at the time of the bet they apply for all the bets, regardless of the content and odds of the specific betting opportunities listed in the accu bet it applies to. The stake is always 10% of the stake for the related accu bet. The winnings are determined by the multiple of Safe Bet odds and a stake. A Safe bet can be made only on meeting the following set parameters:

  • achieving at least the minimum accu odds
  • not exceeding the maximum odds for each betting selection which the related accu bet is made up of
  • consisting of at least a set minimum number of betting opportunities

EXPERT: an expert accu bet is composed of predetermined bets. FortunaWin will determine these fixed betting selections in advance and also specify the date by which the bets will be accepted and determine the value of the bonus. As for normal accu bets, correctly identifying all the betting selections wins, with an additional bonus for an Expert bet. If in one cycle of Expert there is more than one winning ticket, the bonus is divided by the stakes placed on each winning ticket. If a betting event included in the Expert bet does not take place and the stakes are returned, the Expert bet is treated as if it did not contain that specific selection. If stakes are returned on more than one betting selection, no bonus will be paid. The value of the bonus for Expert betting cycles is determined by FortunaWin in advance.

Official results

  • Results obtained from official sources and declared and published by Fortunawin will be considered official and unalterable. In the event that the official result is later declared invalid, this shall not prejudice the right of the customer to claim the winnings, if he/she correctly identified the result on the day.
  • For betting opportunities which have set playing times, the results achieved on the playing field during normal playing time will be considered official and unalterable, and extra playing time, penalties or any other subsequent changes to the result obtained (e.g. disqualification) will not be taken account of. The end of normal playing time for soccer is considered to be when the match referee blows the final whistle if the result achieved is declared as final. Exceptions to this rule are possible, but Fortunawin must give advance notice.
  • For other betting opportunities (i.e. those where there is no fixed time of play), the result achieved on the field may be challenged in accordance with the valid rules of the sport (for example in relation to doping). However, only those challenges which are filed with the managing body of the competition before Fortunawin’s official publication of results and before the payout of winnings commences will be taken into account – and will result in a suspense of results. After the pronouncement of the final decision of the managing body of the competition, no further appeals will be considered (appeals against the challenge, court decisions, further disqualifications).
  • If a match (race, competition) without a fixed playing time is not fully played out, and yet the result is officially announced, then the winnings are paid according to the official result
  • If the match takes place later than the official date or, for whatever reasons, the official result is not announced, official reaction is deferred for the next three calendar days (unless otherwise published) from that date, after which time stakes are returned.
  • An exception is betting on the MLB professional baseball league, here each match is characterized by the names of both teams and the date of the match. If the baseball game does not occur at the published time for whatever reason, the stake placed on it is returned – no substitute date will be taken into account. If two baseball games are played by the same team in one day, only the first one is the subject of betting.

Winning:

non-participation and withdrawal of individuals or teams

When betting on winning or the placement of individuals and teams, a bet is considered to have been lost where the individual or team retires from the competition while it is being held. If an individual or team does not take part in the competition at all, the bet is returned.

In the event of a tie where 2 or more competitors end up in one position, the payout will be divided by the number of players/competitors tied.

Supportive bet:

An accu bet cannot contain bets which are mutually supportive. This means those bets which affect the probability of the outcome of other bets on slip. Normally the betting system should not allow the bet. If such a bet does happen to be accepted, only the first bet listed will be considered and the others will be evaluated with a rate of 1.0.

Bet return:

bets are considered to be confusing and stakes returned if:

  • the bet was entered incorrectly by FortunaWin.
  • the bet (with the exception of the Live betting) is shown to have been closed during the event in question, the betting event or afterwards.
  • the match was suspended completely or there was no subsequent official statement of results, this also applies to betting on the better placement of one of two competitors if one of them was not entered in the main competition. (for example: in ski jumping if one of the competitors did not get through the qualifying round)
  • a match with a fixed playing time either was not played at all or was replayed after the FortunaWin fixed term (usually 3 days), regardless of when and under what conditions the match was suspended or postponed.
  • the match was played inverted, meaning that the team who had the advantage of playing at home was listed at the top of the bet as the visiting side. This rule does not apply to matches on neutral ground, a tournament match played at a predetermined place or where a voluntary choice is made to play the match at the opponent’s grounds.
  • there was a change in competition rules or an early termination of the match such that no exact result could be achieved.

Bets remain valid:

  • if the management changes the rules during the competition (e.g. for tennis where a different number of sets are played to that originally specified or if a different surface is used, in automotive sports where the race is shortened, etc.)
  • if the game takes place earlier than the originally announced date, on applying provisions 5.3.1 b) of these Terms and Conditions
  • if a match is abandoned, but is completed or replayed within the period specified by FortunaWin (usually 3 days).
  • if the match is postponed, but is played within the period specified by FortunaWin (usually 3 days).
  • if the betting contains a small error in the name of competitor, team, etc., but only if this does not affect the substance of the bets.

Errors or omissions

A number of circumstances may arise where a bet or wager is accepted, or a payment is made, by us in error. A non-exhaustive list of such circumstances is as follows: where we mis-state any odds or terms of a bet or gaming wager to You as a result of obvious error or omission in inputting the information or setting up a market, or as a result of a computer malfunction; where we have made a 'palpable error'. A palpable error occurs where: in relation to bets placed prior to an event taking place, the prices/terms offered are materially different from those available in the general market; or in relation to any event, the price/terms offered at the time the bet is placed are clearly incorrect given the probability of the event occurring; where we have continued to accept bets on a market which should have been suspended, including where the relevant event is in progress (except where 'in-running' bets are accepted) or had already finished (sometimes referred to as 'late bets'); where we should not have accepted, or have the right to cancel or re-settle, a bet pursuant to the Betting Rules (for example due to 'Related Contingencies'); or where an error is made by us as to the amount of winnings/returns that are paid to You, including as a result of a manual or computer input error (commonly referred to as a 'settlement error'), any such circumstances being referred to as an "Error".

A Fortunawin software failure may result in the posibility of placing a bet resulting in a certain win disregarding the result or placing a bet on the contrary with this Terms and conditions. These bets may be cancelled without prior notice to the player and the stake amout will be returned to the Players account.

Should a situation arise, through technical or other error, where the odds offered for one betting opportunity allow the person betting a certain win (for example when betting with a particular series of stakes on particular selections the betting opportunity pays out a win higher than the sum of these stakes for any of the stakes on the betting opportunity);"

We reserve the right to correct any Error made on a bet placed and re-settle the same at the correct price or terms which were available or should have been available through us (absent the publishing error) at the time that the bet was placed and the bet will be deemed to have taken place on the terms which were usual for that bet.

In case an unathorised winning is credited to a Players Account (wrongly interpreted result, accidental change of result or other justified reason), FortunaWin is eligible to deduct this winning from the Players Account even without the client’s approval. This may result in a negative balance on the Players Account.The Player is obliged to settle this negative balance within the next 10 days. FortunaWin may stop providing its service to the Player as well as block all his actions until the negative balance is settled. If the negative balance is not settled within 10 days, FortunaWin reserves the right to close the Account.

Neither we (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers shall be liable for any loss including loss of winnings that results from any Error by us or an error by You. You will forfeit any winnings/losses that result from any such Error.

Where You have used monies which have been credited to Your Account or awarded to You as a result of an Error to place subsequent bets or play games, we may cancel such bets and/or withhold any winnings which You may have won with such monies, and if we have paid out on any such bets or gaming activities, such amounts shall be deemed to be held by You on trust for us and You shall be immediately repaid to us when a demand for payment is made by us to You.

Maximum betting payout is in EUR:

  • 5 000 EUR for slip with 1 to 6 matches
  • 10 000 EUR for slip with 7 to 14 matches
  • 20 000 EUR for slip with 15 to 19 matches
  • 30 000 EUR for slip with 20 to 29 matches
  • 60 000 EUR for slip with 30 and more matches

All betting payoffs are calculated on the odds in effect at the time of the wager. FortunaWin does not report your transactions to any financial institution or government agency. It is the client's sole responsibility to report such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.

FortunaWin is not responsible for any misrepresentation by any client upon application for membership

FortunaWin is not responsible for clients who disclose their password and login name to other parties. The winner of an event or game will be determined on the date the event is concluded

All wagers are in any currency chosen by the user.

In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed a "no action" wager and all money will be credited accordingly.

FortunaWin reserves the right to take away any bonus at any time without explanation.

Dates and kick-off time of events shown are for guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time minus one minute.

You should determine whether FortunaWin' services are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account balances must be verified by the player on each Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your betting account balance, you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims to make. Claims or disputes must be settled at this time. For disputes, claims, additional account information, or to report account discrepancies, contact the Customer Services Department.

All Internet betting transactions are logged and backed-up regularly. In all cases of dispute, both management and the player agree that the log backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and that all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Claims must be lodged within three days of the date the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this three-day period. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions. Any manipulation of prices and of spread may result in the ticket being marked a loser.

Bets cannot be placed by FortunaWin employees or persons related to FortunaWin. Anyone related to the odds determination process – even if not connected to FortunaWin - is also restricted from betting at FortunaWin.

Bets cannot be placed on behalf of another person or via betting agents.

 

7. Deposit & Payment

We require you to make a minimum deposit of 10€, 10GBP, 15USD, 15CHF or 2500 HUF before you can bet or play. There are several deposit methods of payment: credit/debit cards (VISA, Master Card, Maestro), e-wallets and wire transfers. Depending on the nationality or jurisdiction of the client there are different options to choose from. As a part of an anti-fraud policy a maximum of two credit card deposits are allowed per day. Any deposit over this limit can be made upon request to our help center and will be subject to personal review.

It is strictly prohibited to deposit money originating from unlawful activities or credit card thefts. FortunaWin reserves the right to block such money and report a fraud to the relevant authorities.

Any charges arising from this situation will be charged to the owner of the respective account.

The client is not allowed to use deposited money for activities other than those offered by FortunaWin on its website. In case such an activity is detected, FortunaWin is entitled to charge the client with all costs related to this activity. FortunaWin reserves the right to deduct the money from Players Account to cover these costs. This may result in a negative balance on the Players Account. FortunaWin may stop providing its service to the Player as well as block all his actions until the negative balance is settled. If the negative balance is not setled within 10 days, FortunaWin reserves the right to close the Account.

All financial transactions are monitored and saved in FortunaWin databases. Money transfers between Players are not allowed. You can transfer your money only to a credit card/bank account/moneybookers or neteller account connected to your FortunaWin Players Account.

We reserve the right to request any information and documentation to verify the player´s age, identity and place of residence prior to any withdrawals, in particular prior to your first withdrawal, in order to prove your identity before we release funds to you. Such information and documentation will enable us to check that the personal data given during your registration corresponds to what appears on the document. In the event that this data is different, we reserve the right to cancel your bets and deny the payment of any winnings to you, unless you can demonstrate your entitlement to the balance by some other credible means. Before authorizing any payment in excess of one thousand EUR, any player must verify his/her identity, age and place of residence.

Any withdrawal from your account must be greater than or equal to 30 EUR, 5,000 HUF, 30 £, 40 CHF or 40 USD. We reserve the right to impose an administrative charge should you make any withdrawal involving a deposit that has not been staked. Additional bank charges associated with any payments made to you will be charged to you.

It is possible to withdraw only amounts gained from stakes. If the deposit is not entirely staked before withdrawal, Fortunawin reserves the right to consider the claim and charge customers a fee covering all the costs related to both deposits and withdrawals. Each withdrawal is reviewed individually.

FortunaWin reserves the right to use a player’s outstanding credit to: debit to the account a wager made by the player or an amount the player indicates the player wants to wager in the course of an authorized game the player is playing or is about to play, remit outstanding funds to the credit of the account to the player, at the player’s request pay reasonable bank charges for deposits received and funds withdrawn.

Further withdrawals and deposits will not be processed before receipt of the requested details. If at any time, FortunaWin finds transactions processed with a debit or credit card belonging to another person (or third party), additional documentation such as signed authorization from the real card holder will be required to reopen the account.

When credit or debit card are available along with other payment options, such as Neteller or Moneybooker, we shall request you send an amount up to the amount you intend to deposit to our registered account . Once this has been done, this alternative payment method can be used for withdrawals.

FortunaWin reserves the right to suspend or deny a withdrawal request of both deposits and winnings if the above mentioned rules are violated.

FortunaWin reserve the right to introduce additional rules and regulations for deposits and payments. The client has to honour these.

 

8. Responsible Gaming

At FortunaWin we believe in providing a 'protected entertainment environment'. It is an important part of our overall customer care programme. If you believe you have a gambling problem or just wish to take a break from gaming, we can give you the power to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from playing at FortunaWin. If you choose to exclude yourself permanently, you will be barred from playing on the FortunaWin website permanently. If you opt for a temporary exclusion, you may apply for reinstatement at a later date.

 

9. Privacy Policy

FortunaWin takes protection of data extremely seriously and complies with the Malta Data Protection Act 1998. We are committed to respecting customer privacy. This Privacy and Site Usage policy sets out our data processing practices carried out through the use of the Internet and the World Wide Web.

 Information collected. We collect personal information from visitors to the web site through the use of online forms and every time they interact with us. We also collect information automatically about the client’s visit to our web site.

We will not disclose personal information to other companies or associates or subsidiary companies or to business partners. However we may inform the client (by e-mail, telephone, text message, mail or otherwise) about products and services (including those of other companies and organisations) that we consider may be of interest. Should law, any regulatory authority or a court of competent jurisdiction force us to disclose any personal information, we reserve the right to disclose such personal information to such an authority or court.

 

10. Dormant/ Inactive Accounts

A Inactive Account shall mean a Gaming Account that has been inactive for a period of 12 months or more. A maintenance fee of 5eur will be deducted from every Inactive Account.

A Dormant Account shall mean a Gaming Account that has been inactive for a period of 30 (thirty) months or more A Dormant Player means a Player who has a Dormant Account (“Dormant Player”). We shall endeavour to return the money to the Player whose account has become Dormant and should our endeavours prove unsuccessful the monies in the Dormant Account will be deposited with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta.

 

11. Anti-Money Laundering & Fraud

FortunaWin is aware of its obligations in this area and will not hesitate to take action and make the necessary reports to the appropriate authorities as required by Anti-Money Laundering laws in Malta.

 

12. Self-exclusion Policy

FortunaWin's self-exclusion policy is thus: A Player may at any time request that his or her Gaming Account be closed for the reason of problem gambling. The Gaming Account will be closed without hesitation and will remain closed for a minimum of three months. Should FortunaWin deem it unwise or unhealthy for the Gaming Account to be reopened, then it it will be closed forever at the sole discretion of FortunaWin.

13. Closing of an account

The Player has to contact FortunaWin´s helpdesk via email: helpdesk@fortunawin.com in order to cancel his Account. A clearly written request along with detailed documentation for the transfer of remaining money is required.

 

14. Financial Institution


No interest

FortunaWin is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.

No legal or tax advice

FortunaWin does not provide advice to Players regarding tax and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.

No arbitrage

Players are strictly prohibited from utilising FortunaWin and it systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where FortunaWin deems that an Player has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Players balance without warning or notification.

15.  Acceptance

By accepting these Terms and Conditions You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling by means of the Website and You are fully responsible for any such loss. You agree that Your use of the Website is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against FortunaWin or any white label partner or their respective directors, officers or employees.

 

16. Language

For purposes of interpretation the English language version of these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any other language version which we may issue from time to time.

 

17. Law & Jurisdiction
